Having been purchased but not registered by its first owner in 1980, it was then loaned to what is now the Coventry Transport Museum, where it remained until 1985. It was then removed from the museum, where its owner, an MG enthusiast decided to have it road registered, hence the reason it is on a later registration •It then only covered a few hundred miles until our vendor purchased the car in 2002 and used it sparingly himself.
