BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auction houses, Iconic Auctioneers charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for motorcycles is 15% plus VAT (18% including VAT). Automobilia is 20% plus VAT (24% including VAT). Some lots may be subject to UK VAT or import VAT on the hammer price and buyer’s premium. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT-registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. ADMINISTRATION FEE An administration fee is payable by the buyer of £20 plus VAT per motorcycle . PAYMENTS All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 16th November 2026. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible. Cash payments are not permitted and we do not accept AMEX. COLLECTION Please note that due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the hall by 2pm on Monday 16th November . Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released. Motorcycles can be collected after the sale on Sunday 15th November or between 9am and 2pm on Monday 16th November. Our motorcycle transport partner Moving Motorcycles can assist with collection and delivery.
