Estimate: £2,000 - £3,000 305 Automaton Ornate Singing Bird Box by Karl Griesbaum A fine, silver-gilt rectangular music box, decorated with various silver-mounted enamel faux jewels. The lid opens to reveal a small blue-feathered singing bird with beak rising from a pierced oval grille. The mechanism is activated by a pull button on the side. The case is stamped with Griesbaum’s mark. K.G for Karl Griesbaum. In good original condition. Measuring 11cm x 7.5cm.
