Offered here is a stunning right-hand drive 1973 2000 GTV that was originally a Japanese market car and stayed there until it was imported to the UK in 2017. The Alfa has recently been subject to c.£25,000 worth of expenditure and looks all the better for it. The work was extensive and is detailed below: • New bodywork (all GTV 2000 original specs from Alfaholics), front wings, front panel, front valance, radiator cross member, both door skins, both door bottom repair panels, outer sills both sides, inner sills both sides, rear wings lower sections, rear panel, rear valance, rear panel inner support • All prepped and finished in the modern Alfa Giulia GTAM Etna Red introduced in 2021. Five layers of primer, paint and lacquer to get the red/ orange tint colour. All underneath painted black and protected • All new rubber (everything). Metal trim around doors etc., new rear light covers, new front side lights • New chrome - GTV Grille, door handles, mirrors, headlight surrounds, rear quarter window openers, windscreen wipers. Rest of chrome and stainless steel was re-chromed or polished • Original dash refurbished, new wood veneers, new black headliner, new black seat covers, new carpet, new boot carpet. Instruments were stripped and refurbed • Alfaholics parts: Fast-road Stage 1 suspension kit with Konis and upgraded to adjustable GTA top arms, Stage 1 brakes and hoses (full kit) with vented and drilled discs, Sports exhaust, manifold back, GTA curved ram pipes and intakes running on twin Dell’Ortos (rebuilt), Mocal catch tank added and battery moved to boot, new hoses, plugs, leads. distributor etc., F&S sport clutch with new cylinders • Engine - top end removed and carried out some work. Bottom end was in great condition and didn’t need anything • Gearbox was checked and all top notch nothing needed as again clearly had work done recently • Recent dyno at 130bhp at Northampton Motorsport so very healthy • 7 x 15 GTA Veloce wheels with centre caps.
