The NEC Classic Motor Show Sale 2023 Cars 26 Registration: AHJ 152E Chassis No.: 7R01C194070 Estimate: £22,000 - £28,000 Specialist: Charles Smalley Telephone No: 07421 007866 Lot 119 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe 289 This lovely Mustang 289 Hardtop Coupe (Notchback) dates from 1967 and was purchased new from a Ford dealer in Long Beach California by Cindy Cronin, remaining within the same family for four generations, until arriving in the UK in 2018 with just two owners since. Finished in Wimbledon White with a red interior, the condition is superb throughout and, pleasingly, largely original. It’s accompanied by documentation detailing its time in America including a short resumé from its original purchase by Cindy Cronin in 1967, who kept the vehicle until her passing in 1985, at which time ownership passed to her daughter, subsequently passing to her son in 1992 and then to its last American owner, Cindy’s great grandson, in 2012. It’s supplied with numerous invoices from its earlier years and some more recent paperwork. The Mustang remains in superb condition throughout, has clearly been cherished all of its life and thankfully kept to its original specification where possible, with the exception of the Daisy Mag wheels fitted to lift its profile a little. It should also be noted that the mileage at the time of viewing, 50,303, is believed to be correct from new. Since its arrival in the UK, the paintwork has been refreshed where required, and the vehicle has been thoroughly detailed and mechanically checked over to ensure that everything is as you would hope. An eye-catching Mustang in superb order with a lovely story and worthy of your serious consideration. A genuine 289 from four generations of the same family in the US and in excellent order throughout. More Details Lot 119 Bid On Lot 119
