Card payments can be made (in person only) as follows: debit card payments up to £20,000 and credit card up to £5,000. Cash payments are not permitted, and we do not accept AMEX. COLLECTION All vehicles must be removed from the venue between 9am and 2pm on Monday 23rd February. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released. A member of the administration team will contact you by email after the auction to confirm your transport plans. Motor Cars: If you are unable to collect the vehicle yourself our transport partner EM Rogers can assist with collection and delivery. Please contact them directly for a quote on +44 (0) 1604 755 511 or trafficdesk@emrogers.co.uk Any cars not collected by 2pm on Monday 23rd February will be taken to EM Rogers storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £175 plus VAT for a standard sized vehicle and prices start from £275 plus VAT for any larger vehicles. Storage will be charged at £12 plus VAT per day from the Monday for the first 14 days then £40 + VAT per week from there on. Motorcycles: our transport partner Moving Motorcycles can assist with motorcycle collection and delivery. Storage will then be charged at £10 plus VAT per day. Automobilia: Automobilia can be collected from the auction hall over the weekend or on Monday morning between 9.30am and 12pm by prior arrangement. The auction is located in Hall 1, you will require an auction catalogue to gain entrance to the Saleroom. Catalogues are available to purchase on the day for £20 (admits 2 people). If you follow the event signage and park in a show carpark, or wish to visit the wider Race Retro event you will require a show ticket. Tickets are available to purchase via their website, use our discount code PTICA for £2 off per ticket or, you can purchase tickets for the full price at the show gates on arrival. Admission to the event is not included in the price of the catalogue. BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auction houses, Iconic Auctioneers charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for motor vehicles is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT), Motorcycles are 15% plus VAT (18% including VAT), Automobilia is 20% plus VAT (24% including VAT) and Registration Numbers are 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT). An administration fee is payable by the buyer as follows: £50 plus VAT per vehicle and £10 plus VAT per item of automobilia. VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT or import VAT on the hammer price and buyer’s premium. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT- registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges.
