4 Please note – admission to the Auction Hall and Viewing Area is by catalogue only. Catalogues will be available to purchase at the auction for £20, each catalogue admits two. KEY SALE INFORMATION PAYMENTS All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 11th November. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible. Card payments can be made (in person only) as follows: debit card payments up to £20,000 and credit card up to £5,000. Cash payments are not permitted, and we do not accept AMEX. COLLECTION All vehicles must be removed from the venue between 9am and 2pm on Monday 11th November. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released. A member of the administration team will contact you by email to confirm your transport plans after the auction. If we do not hear back from you by 9am on Monday 11th November, we will arrange for our transport partners to collect the vehicle on your behalf. After this time, it can be collected from our offices in Warwickshire with a pre-booked appointment or shipped to you at your expense. The auctioneer will aim to sell approximately 60 automobilia lots per hour and 25 vehicles per hour. Show tickets can be purchased via the Classic Motor Show website https://classicmotorshow.seetickets.com BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auction houses, Iconic Auctioneers charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for motor vehicles is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT) on the first £300,000 of the hammer price and 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT) on the balance thereafter. Motorcycles are 15% plus VAT (18% including VAT). Automobilia is 20% plus VAT (24% including VAT) and Registration Numbers are 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT). VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT or import VAT on the hammer price and buyer’s premium. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT- registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges.
