COLLECTION Motor Cars: All vehicles must be removed from the venue between 9am and 2pm on Monday 19th May. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released. A member of the administration team will contact you by email after the auction to confirm your transport plans. If you are unable to collect the vehicle yourself our transport partner EM Rogers can assist with collection and delivery. After this time, it can be collected from our offices in Warwickshire with a pre-booked appointment or shipped to you at your expense. TICKETS Customers wishing to attend the Auction Viewing on Friday 16th May do not require a ticket. Customers attending the auction on Saturday 17th will require a Supercar Fest Show ticket, theses can be purchased via the website supercarfest.co.uk . BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auction houses, Iconic Auctioneers charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for motor vehicles is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT). Automobilia is 20% plus VAT (24% including VAT) and Registration Numbers are 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT). VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT or import VAT on the hammer price and buyer’s premium. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT- registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges.
