Card payments can be made (in person only) as follows: debit card payments up to £20,000 and credit card up to £5,000. Cash payments are not permitted, and we do not accept AMEX. COLLECTION All vehicles must be removed from the venue between 9am and 2pm on Monday 18th May. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released. A member of the administration team will contact you by email after the auction to confirm your transport plans. Motor Cars: If you are unable to collect the vehicle yourself our transport partner EM Rogers can assist with collection and delivery. Please contact them directly for a quote on +44 (0) 1604 755 511 or trafficdesk@emrogers.co.uk Any cars not collected by 2pm on Monday 18th May will be taken to EM Rogers storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £195 plus VAT for a standard sized vehicle and prices start from £275 plus VAT for any larger vehicles. Storage will be charged at £12 plus VAT per day from the Monday for the first 14 days then £40 + VAT per week from there on. Automobilia: Automobilia can be collected from the auction hall on the day of the sale. After this time, it can be collected from our offices in Warwickshire with a pre-booked appointment or shipped to you at your expense. TIMINGS Friday 15th May 10am - 5pm: Viewing Saturday 16th May 9am - 7pm: Viewing 11am - 4.30pm: The Iconic Sale 5pm - 7pm: The Classic Sale ACCESS TO THE AUCTION The Auction is part of the wider Supercar Fest event; Customers wishing to view vehicles on Friday 15th May do not require a show ticket. Customers attending the Iconic Sale on Saturday 16th will require a Supercar Fest Show ticket, these can be purchased via their website - supercarfest.co.uk/runway-tickets-2026. Classic Sale customers wishing to attend just the Classic auction on Saturday 16th may enter the event from 3pm with a Classic Sale entry pass, no show ticket is required. Customers wishing to attend before 3pm will require a Supercar Fest show ticket, these can be purchased via their website. Please note that admission to the Supercar Fest event is not included in the price of the catalogue. BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auction houses, Iconic Auctioneers charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for motor vehicles is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT), Automobilia is 20% plus VAT (24% including VAT) and Registration Numbers are 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT). ADMINISTRATION FEE An administration fee of £50 plus VAT per vehicle is payable by the buyer to cover money laundering checks, HPI checks, processing of V5Cs, payment processing fees etc. VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT or import VAT on the hammer price and buyer’s premium. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT-registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges.
