7 WARRANTIES We will describe the lots to the best of our ability on information supplied. You should, however, satisfy yourself as to the condition, age, and integrity of any lot prior to bidding as no warranties whatsoever are given in relation to any lot. Once the hammer falls a contract is made and you are obligated to proceed with the purchase. It is therefore vital that you are satisfied to the best of your ability with the condition of the lot you intend to bid upon before doing so. VEHICLE REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS Iconic Auctioneers will retain the V5C registration document and a member of the administration team will contact you after the auction to confirm the details for registering the motorcycle. If we have not heard from you within two weeks of the sale we will register the motorcycle to the name and address you provided when registering at the auction. Some lots will require a NOVA declaration to be completed. This will be stated in the catalogue description. The responsibility for this rests with the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
