COLLECTION Motor Cars: All vehicles must be removed from the venue between 9am and 2pm on Monday 25th August. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released. A member of the administration team will contact you by email after the auction to confirm your transport plans. If you are unable to collect the vehicle yourself our transport partner EM Rogers can assist with collection and delivery. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from the Monday onwards. Motorcycles: Our motorcycle transport partner, Moving Motorcycles will be onsite to assist with collection and delivery. Collection must be carried out on Monday 25th August 2025 before 12noon. Iconic Auctioneers must be pre-notified in writing of any intent to collect by no later than 5pm on Sunday 24th August. Any solo motorcycle requiring transport or without pre-notification will be transported to your address by Moving Motorcycles for a fixed fee of £170 plus VAT per bike. Delivery to the West Country, Wales, North of England, Scotland and rest of the world will incur additional charges (POA). Admission to the event is not included in the price of the catalogue. BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auction houses, Iconic Auctioneers charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for motor vehicles is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT). Automobilia is 20% plus VAT (24% including VAT) and Registration Numbers are 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT). VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT or import VAT on the hammer price and buyer’s premium. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT-registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges.
