4 VIEWING Viewing is available at the Warwickshire Event Centre, CV31 1XN from 12noon - 5pm on Friday 6th December and from 9am on Saturday 7th December. AUCTION The auction will take place from 12noon on Saturday 7th December. AUCTION ADDRESS The venue is located on the junction of the A425 and B4455 Fosse Way. The Visitor Entrance is off the Southam Road (A425). The postcode for this entrance is CV31 1FE. BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auction houses, Iconic Auctioneers charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for cars is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT). VAT Some lots may be subject to UK VAT or import VAT on the hammer price and buyer’s premium. These lots will be clearly marked in the catalogue. All other lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT-registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges. PAYMENTS All payments are due by 5pm on Monday 9th December 2024. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible. Card payments can be made (in person only) as follows: debit card payments up to £20,000 and credit card up to £5,000. Cash payments are not permitted and we do not accept AMEX. COLLECTION Vehicles can be collected on Sunday 8th December between 10am and 3pm and on Monday 9th December between 9am and 1pm. Please note that due to restrictions we need to be clear of the venue by 1pm on Monday 9th December. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released. A member of the administration team will contact you by email to confirm your transport plans after the auction. If we do not hear back from you by 9am on Monday 9th December, we will arrange for our transport partners to collect the vehicle on your behalf. Any cars not collected by 1pm on Monday 9th December will be taken to EM Rogers storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £175 plus VAT for a standard sized vehicle and £275 plus VAT for larger vehicles. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from the Monday onwards.
