KEY SALE INFORMATION PAYMENTS All payments are due by 5pm on Thursday 6th June 2024. Payment should be made by bank transfer where possible. Card payments can be made (in person only) as follows: debit card payments up to £20,000 and credit card up to £5,000. Cash payments are not permitted, and we do not accept AMEX. COLLECTION Due to venue restrictions we need to clear the auction hall immediately after the sale. All vehicles will be removed by our transport partners and taken to their secure storage facilities at the cost of £385 plus VAT per motor car and £100 plus VAT per motorcycle. For motorcycles only 10 days storage is included in the price. Lifestyle lots can be collected from the venue during the auction by onsite bidders only. After the sale the items will be taken to our storage facility in Warwickshire where they can be collected, by prior arrangement, or shipped to you at your expense. Tuesday 4th June - 11am to 8pm Wednesday 5th June – 11am until the auction commences. AUCTION Wednesday 5th June – 5.30pm CONCOURS TICKETS Customers wishing to view the lots or attend the Auction require a ticket to the London Concours. Day and evening only tickets can be purchased via the London Concours website londonconcours.co.uk/tickets . BUYER’S PREMIUM Like the majority of auction houses, Iconic Auctioneers charge a buyer’s premium. Our buyer’s premium charge for motor cars is 12.5% plus VAT (15% including VAT) on the first £300,000 of the hammer price and 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT) on the balance thereafter. Motorcycles are 15% plus VAT (18% including VAT), Lifestyle items are 20% plus VAT (24% including VAT) and number plates are 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT). VAT All lots will be sold using the Auctioneers Margin Scheme (VAT Notice 718/2). VAT will not be charged on the hammer price. The VAT on the buyer’s premium will not be split out on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed by UK VAT-registered businesses or individuals. Further duties and VAT may be applicable on exporting lots from the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle these charges.
